How do I access the property when I arrive?

All ALYS Properties allow for 24 hour Keyless Entry. There is either a 4 or 6 digit code for the home.

Does the property have an electronic entrance?

Yes, the property has electronic entry

Do you offer early check-in and how can I request this?

Early check in can be requested and is based on whether there is a cleaning that day or not. If there is a cleaning that day, unfortunately no early check in can be authorized. If there is not a cleaning that day, early check in charge is 25% of the normal daily rate.

Do you offer late check-out and how can I request this?

Late check out can be requested and is based on whether there is a check in that evening or not. If there is a check in that day, unfortunately no late check out can be authorized. The best that can be offered is leaving luggage behind until 2pm as long as its out of the way of the cleaners. If there is not a check in that day, late check in charge is 50% of the normal daily rate.

Are linens, towels, and other common toiletries provided?

Yes, linens, towels, and other common toiletries are provided.

Is the kitchen is fully equipped?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Do you allow pets and what arrangements are necessary to bring pets?


Pet Friendly upon approval. Pets must be older than 2 years, house trained, crate trained, spayed/neutered and in no way a threat to the home, furnishings or neighbors comfort/safety. Cats must be spayed/neutered, declawed or using claw covers. Any furniture pets will require precautions. Owner must supply THEIR OWN blankets to completely cover any furniture the pet will be climbing on. Pets are NOT authorized on beds unless they have their own blanket. We do not have enough time deep clean pet hair from the furniture or bedding during our cleaning window.

How can I make a reservation?

Guests that present us with Photo ID, Phone Number, Email and names of all guests are able to make reservations.

What are your regular office hours and how can I contact you or your team?

For reservations I can be reached between 7am and 6pm ALASKA TIME.

How can I contact you or your team after hours?

For guests that are in the homes and having an urgent issue, I can be reached at any time. My caretaker can also be reached after regular office hours, as he provides the maintenance for the homes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the reservation start in order to receive 100% return of funds. Any reservations cancelled 14-29 days before reservation will get 50% return of reservation amount. Any reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to start of reservation will receive no refund.

Do you have any handicap accessible properties?

Yes

What internet access is available to guests and is there is a cost for this?

All units provide High Speed Internet Access at no additional cost. Unit Binders and Emails provide the information.

What services are included in my stay? i.e. golfing privileges, bicycles

Start supplies like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent and softener, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all at the property. anything after what is supplied for starters is the guests responsibility. Always check products being supplied if you have allergies.

What amenities or services available [for an additional fee] during the my stay? i.e. highchairs, pack n play cribs, etc.

Guests can request daily, weekly or monthly cleanings depending on the length of their stay. If high chairs, pack and play or crib are requested, please request at least 72 hours prior to reservation. They can be provided for a small fee.

What should I do in the event something is damaged in the property?


Guests must inform the owner of any damages upon arrival, for their own protection. Any damages found that were not located in the pictures of the cleaning list before the check in that were not reported by the guest can result in a damage repair or replacement fee.

How far is the property from the airport?

Alaska Properties are within 10-20 minutes of the Ted Stevens International Airport. The Tempe Arizona Properties are located within 20 minutes of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The Glendale Property is located 25 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Is daily housekeeping is available?


Yes, daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge

Can I host a party or event?


No, event hosting is not allowed.

How can I receive support before, during and after my stay?

Before Stay you will receive emails with information about the property, FAQ answers, and more. During your stay there are two phone numbers to use in order to reach assistance and get answers. After your stay, those same two numbers will still be available!
